01.Service Description

DrGUI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered website navigation SDK (the "Service") that helps end users navigate and interact with websites through intelligent guidance. The Service is delivered via a script tag that you integrate into your website.

The SDK analyses page structure in real time and provides contextual, voice-enabled navigation assistance to your users in multiple Indian languages.

02.Account and Authentication

• One account is permitted per email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API token
• You must not share your token with unauthorised parties
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account

03.Free Trial

DrGUI offers a free trial with the following terms:

• Duration: 7 days from account creation
• Includes up to 500 interactions (AI guidance requests)
• No credit card or payment information required
• Full access to all SDK features during the trial period
• Trial automatically expires after 7 days or 500 interactions, whichever comes first

At the end of your trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

04.Paid Plans and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

05.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the API through excessive requests, load testing, or denial-of-service attempts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK or any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data of end users
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

06.Limitations and Disclaimer

6.1 AI Guidance

The AI-powered guidance provided by DrGUI is assistive in nature. It is designed to help users navigate websites but is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or appropriate in all circumstances.

6.2 No Liability for User Actions

DrGUI is not liable for any actions taken by end users based on AI guidance. You acknowledge that:

• AI guidance may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• The Service does not replace professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
• You remain responsible for the content and functionality of your own website
• End users are ultimately responsible for their own actions on your website

6.3 Service Availability

The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level agreement (SLA), except where explicitly agreed in an enterprise contract. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will endeavour to provide advance notice when possible.

07.Intellectual Property

• The DrGUI SDK, API, documentation, and all related materials remain our intellectual property
• You retain all rights to your website content and data
• The licence to use the SDK is non-exclusive and non-transferable
• You may not use DrGUI trademarks without written permission

08.Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
• You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and removing the SDK from your website
• We may terminate your account for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Sections relating to limitations of liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination

09.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DrGUI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10.Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
